The 2019 Atlantic General Relativity Meeting will be held at the University of New Brunswick (Fredericton) on the week of May 27-31, 2019. There will be a workshop on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and a conference on Thursday and Friday. There will be no registration fee for either the workshop or the conference.


On Monday, there will be introductory lectures at the graduate student level, while during the rest of the workshop there will be a series of lectures on various topics in gravitational physics.

The invited speakers for the workshop are:
  • Robert Brandenberger (McGill University), Theoretical Cosmology
  • Valerio Faraoni (Bishop's University), f(R) Gravity
  • Badri Krishnan (Albert Einstein Institute, Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics), Black Holes and Gravitational Waves
  • Etera Livine (École Normale Supérieure Lyon), Coarse-Graining in Loop Quantum Gravity
