    Brief biography: Andrey Shoom obtained his PhD in physics is from the University of Alberta (UofA) in 2009. He then did a post-doc at UofA until 2012 followed by two years a a research associate (also at UofA). His interests include the motion of particles and light in gravitational fields, chaos, black holes, and many other topics in mathematical physics.

    Brief biography: Jonathan Ziprick was a student in the Quantum Gravity group at the Perimeter Institute, and obtained his PhD from the University of Waterloo in 2014. He is currently an AARMS postdoctoral fellow at the University of New Brunswick, working on numerical relativity and classical models of gravity which are amenable to quantization.
