This table is constructed by APL programs written by myself.
I acknowledge with gratitude subroutines written by Roger Hui.
Except for entries involving one degree of freedom, two independently
written subroutines for the cumulative F distrbution were used, the
first called by a root finder in evaluating percentage points, the
second to check percentage points when obtained.
